Lakeside House

Sutton Projects worked alongside Amey in delivering both fabric and mechanical upgrades to all 5 levels at Metro Point, Croydon.

Globe House

The refurbishment works carried out at the Passport Office formed part of our first project under the Carillion- Home Office account.

Barnet Hospital

Sutton Projects successfully tendered for works to replace the existing skylight above the main entrance to Barnet General Hospital.

Carlyle Building

Via Sutton Projects’ London Borough’s contract, we carried out a complete overhaul to the main roof at the Carlyle Building in Chelsea.

Dover House

Sutton Projects were awarded the task of refurbishing various areas within Dover House under our MOJ service agreement with Amey.

Wembley National Stadium – B2 Club Wembley Reception

In December 2012 Sutton Projects were awarded the task of refurbishing the B2 Club Wembley reception.

Kensington Town Hall – Council Chamber

Via our Triborough contract we were asked to carry out DDA access works within the council chamber at Kensington Town Hall.

Wembley National Stadium – Enabling Works

In October 2014 we began working as a sub-contractor to Daktronics in order to carry out the enabling works to install the LED screens inside of the windows to the front of the stadium.

ISO Container – Laser Target

In early 2016, Sutton Projects provided assistance to Landmarc Support Services, and it’s client, in creating a semi-permanent target to support new aircraft technologies.

Park Walk Primary School – External Toilets

As part of our Amey Triborough contract we successfully won the refurbishment works at Park Walk Primary.

Port of Harwich – Custody Suite

Under our Amey service agreement we began the refurbishment and remodelling of the Harwich custody suite in March 2014.

Kensington Town Hall – Council Chamber DDA Toilets

Through our Amey Triborough service agreement our tender submission for the refurbishment of the council chamber disabled toilets was successful and works began in May 2014.
